"I have always been very pleased with the service we have been provided with our Canton State Farm office. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. They are knowledgeable and professional yet very personable. Whenever I have called the office I am made to feel like I am their only policy holder. They are quick with the responses to any questions or concerns I may have. I have boasted to many people about State Farm and have referred several people to State Farm for coverage. The Canton State Farm office is the best of the best. I will never have insurance with any other company. Hats off to Dee and her wonderful staff. We had a recent total loss claim and the girls in the office handled every step of the process from filing the claim, arranging the rental and towing. Leaving nothing for us to follow up on. They were right on top of every step in the process and settled our claim in a short timeframe allowing us to secure another vehicle quickly. It was a smooth process for us during a stressful time. They also made sure to keep us informed with each step of the process."

I have had all of my insurance through Dee and her State Farm office for years, so long in fact that my kids are now using Dee for their insurance needs. Dee and her staff have ALWAYS been fantastic to work with, the few claims I have had are handled quickly, thoroughly and professionally. I consider Dee a great friend, her attention to customer needs makes people like myself feel like I am her only customer. State Farm, Canton, Central Illinois, the driving public among others are very blessed to have her as a resource. I would NEVER consider another company for my insurance, never."
